For your members: Counts as an attendance day on flexible plans when no desk is booked.
Book a meeting roomRecurring booking
The same desk or room every week, set up once.
In detail
- Daily, weekly or monthly
- Ends at the booking window
- Taken dates are skipped, never overbooked
- Single dates can be taken out or moved to another seat

- Door attempts, including the failed ones
- Contract, invoices, payments, credit
What it means
For you: The list answers "when was that charged?", not you.

Using the kioskManage products
Your products, your gross price, your VAT rate.
In detail
- Price and VAT rate per product
- Counter sales by you

- Runs through the normal invoice
What it means

One member pays something other than the plan says.
In detail

- Derived from the plan they hold

For your members: Notices nothing but the amount.

Delete your accountWhat selfdesk cannot do
So you know before a conversation, not after.
- Several locations under one roofA space is a space. A contract applies at one place.
- Several spaces side by side work, each with its own billing — a pass across locations does not. For a network that is a real disadvantage, and we would rather say it here than in the third conversation.
- Locking systems other than NukiSALTO, Tapkey, Kiwi, fob and transponder systems are not connected.
- We went through 606 space websites — SALTO is named eleven times, Tapkey nine, Nuki three. We started with the rarest one. Tapkey and SALTO are still to come.
- Kiosk on the webBuying works in the app only today.
- You can manage products on the web; members can only buy on a phone. A known gap, not a decision.
- Day guests at a desk without an accountIt works for rooms, not yet for desks.
- One desk per member per day is wired all the way into the database today. While that holds, a member can neither bring a guest nor book a second desk.
- Hourly rates and weekly packages for desksDays yes, half-days and weeks no.
- Credit and ten-visit cards exist. An hourly rate for desks and multi-day packages do not.
- Chat, feed, events, visitor management, AI assistant, e-signatureWe deliberately do not build these.
- We found no evidence that members want a second app — but plenty of spaces whose people stay on WhatsApp. Acceptance by click, stored with a date and a version, is enough for a desk. If one of these is the deciding point for you, tell us — then the decision is wrong.
