What selfdesk costs.

One price for every space, every feature included. Net, plus VAT.

Base price: €30; per space and month
Active monthly subscription: €3; every member with a running monthly contract – fixed desk, flex or company –, counted on the first of the month. €2 from the 41st subscription on. Not counted: day guests, trial days, guests of your members, cancelled or paused contracts, up to 5 free accounts for your team.
Guest day: €1; every day someone without a membership pays you: day ticket, room or both, cash or through selfdesk. One euro per guest and day, no matter how often they book. Free trial days and guests of your members do not count.
Subscription fees, kiosk, room bookings: no fee; the revenue you make with your members — including extra room hours

No feature is unlocked only from a certain size.

When the number of subscriptions changes: The price follows it on the next first of the month, up as well as down. You see what the coming month costs beforehand in the admin area.
Trial and cancellation: 45 days free, so you see at least one month-end close with your invoices. You add your card or bank account at the start; if you cancel up to the last day of the trial, nothing is charged. After that, cancel monthly, no minimum term. The current month is paid, then it ends. You can export your data beforehand.
