Create a credit card
A ten-visit card or a week pass is prepaid working days with an expiry date.
Credit is working days paid in advance. A day is used up when it is not already covered by the membership.
- Open Credit and tap Create credit.
- Take one of the templates such as 10-visit card or week pass, or start empty.
- Enter the name, price, number of days and the validity.
- Under Sales, decide whether members can buy it themselves or only you hand it out.
What applies here
- The card that expires first is always used up first.
- The expiry date is shown before the purchase as a date, not as a duration.
- Whoever holds a card is reminded before it runs out. A card that ends on the day it was bought triggers no reminder.
- Rule: Prices are gross
