Desks are reserved per day, rooms on a 15 minute grid. How far ahead people may book is set by your space.
How to
- Look at one day's occupancyToday and any other day show who booked, who checked in and what is free.AppWeb

When something does not work
- A desk looks free but cannot be bookedA desk without a reservation can still be taken, because it belongs to someone as a fixed desk, sits in an open import row, or is archived.AppWeb
- The room cannot be deletedA room with future bookings is not deleted. A running series counts as a future booking too.AppWeb
- A series ends earlier than expectedA series never reaches beyond the booking window and never beyond the end of the contract. The only way further is to extend it.AppWeb
What applies
- Cancellation rulesA desk reservation is free within an hour of being made and before the reservation date. A room booking can be cancelled at any time.AppWeb
- Included room hoursIncluded room hours come from a monthly pool that is consumed chronologically. Beyond it the plan's hourly rate applies.AppWeb
- Booking windowOne window governs everything: desks, rooms, series and guests book only as far ahead as your space allows.AppWeb
- Members book and check in themselvesThere is no place where you book for a member or check somebody in. At the counter you see the occupancy, cancel, and assign fixed desks.AppWeb
