Members book and check in themselves
There is no place where you book for a member or check somebody in. At the counter you see the occupancy, cancel, and assign fixed desks.
A booking always belongs to the person who is signed in. Neither the app nor the web has a place where you create a reservation for another member or check somebody in. The interface knows no route for it either: it puts every reservation on the signed-in account.
What you can do at the counter instead:

The member books in their app or browser. At the desk this also works through the QR sticker: the scan leads straight into the confirmation step with the place preselected. Members with a fixed desk never see the scan, because they have nothing to check into.
