A plan defines what a member pays and what is included. All prices are gross; the tax rate belongs to the space, not to the plan.
How to
- Create a planA plan decides what a day costs and what it includes. Every amount you enter is a gross price.AppWeb

When something does not work
- A member still pays the old priceWhat is charged is the plan the contract points at. Usually the member is still on the old plan, or the invoice had already been issued.AppWeb
- A plan cannot be archivedA plan only goes out of circulation once no active contract points at it. For the last visible plan of a public space there is a second lock.AppWeb
What applies
- Prices come from the planEvery amount comes from the plan the contract points at. The price snapshot is evidence, not a basis for arithmetic.AppWeb
- Prices are grossYou enter gross, it is stored gross, it is shown gross. The VAT rate belongs to the space, not to the plan.AppWeb
- Fixed-term prices expireA fixed-term price ends on the last day of a month. The successor contract is created with it so the membership does not end.AppWeb
