Platform subscription and your selfdesk invoice
Your space's subscription is the invoice selfdesk sends you. It has nothing to do with the invoices your members receive.
Two flows of money run side by side in selfdesk. Your members pay you, and your space pays selfdesk. The second one is the platform subscription. It has its own page, its own payment method and its own invoices.
- On the web, open Settings → Subscription. The app shows only the status, in your profile under Workspace subscription. Price, invoices and payment method are not there, because the App Store and Google Play do not allow that for a subscription paid outside the store.
- The status at the top says where you stand: Active, Trial, Past due, Cancelled or Not charged.
- Under Your price stands the formula your space is charged by.
- Under Next invoice stand this month's numbers: the base price, the paying members, the guest days and the total.
- Payment method and invoices opens the billing portal. That is where you update your card and download your invoices from selfdesk.
What applies here
- Counting happens on the 1st of the month. The member count sets the whole month. Guest days are charged afterwards, for the month that ended.
- A paying member is an approved, running contract above zero euro. Day guests and trial days do not count there. See Day guest.
- A company account counts by seats, not by companies. See Company account.
- Guest days during the trial are not charged.
- The price does not depend on how your members pay. Cash at the door changes nothing either.
- No fee is added to your members' invoices.
- If it reads Past due, the last charge failed. Update your payment method so that your space stays visible.
- The selfdesk subscription and your members' invoices are separate. For the latter see Start the month-end run.
