The last desk cannot be deleted

What you see

You try to archive or delete your last desk and the app refuses. The same happens with the last plan members can pick.

Why

A public space without a desk or without a plan cannot sell anything. Rather than quietly taking it off the net, selfdesk refuses the deletion and says why. Without this block, archiving the last desk would switch off your sign-ups on the side.

The lock only covers those two things. Everything else that can lapse raises the attention state instead and blocks nothing.

What you can do

• Create another desk or plan. The old one is then free to archive.
• If you really are closing, take the public page off the net first. Open Setup, then Presence, then Public page, and switch it off. After that even the last desk can be removed. Existing contracts and bookings stay.
• If you only want a desk out of circulation, archive it instead of deleting it. Future bookings and fixed assignments then stay in place.
