Start task, suggestion, inventory

Setup holds two kinds of content: a short, countable task list, and the inventory below it. The inventory may be empty without anything being missing. There is therefore no state called “fully set up”. A space without meeting rooms is finished, not incomplete.

The four start tasks are Add desks, Set your first plan, Fill in the Impressum and Connect payments. In which order you do them is up to you. The only number in the whole area is “x of 4”. There is deliberately no progress bar across everything, and optional things never have a counter.

The list shows at most three tasks; the rest sits behind and N more. Things you have done and suggestions you have hidden are not gone, only folded away: the footer Done and optional opens the Done and Hidden groups.

The area has four states, and the marker at the top always shows the current one:

There is no publish button. In the ready state the list holds exactly one task, Publish your space, and that leads to the switch on Public page. You take the same route when you later take the space off the net.

The list opens by itself only when a new required task appears. Once you have folded it away, it stays folded.
