Get your space page found
Add your space page's address wherever people look for coworking: your Google Business Profile, your website, Instagram and directories.
Your space page lives at selfdesk.app/s/your-space or at your own domain. Search engines know it through Selfdesk. It ranks higher when other pages point to it, above all your Google Business Profile.
- Get your space page's address.
In the app
Open Setup, then in Presence the row Public page, and tap View page. The address is at the top of the browser. On the web
Open Setup, then in Presence the row Public page, and click View page. The address is at the top of the browser. - Add it to your Google Business Profile as the Website. You edit the profile at business.google.com or right in Google Search while signed in. If you don't have one yet, you create it there; Google then checks that the space is yours.
- Link the page from your own website, for example with a menu item "Coworking" or "Book".
- Put the address as a link in your Instagram or Facebook profile.
- Add it to coworking directories that list your space. If you are a member of CoWorkLand eG, it also belongs in your entry on the cooperative's map.
- With your own domain: verify the domain in Google Search Console and submit the sitemap there,
https://your-domain/sitemap.xml. See Your own domain for the space page.
What applies here
- Selfdesk lists every published space page in its sitemap. Google finds it without the steps above too, just later and further down.
- At your own domain the page has its own sitemap, and it is no longer listed under selfdesk.app.
- Address, opening hours, photos and your lowest price are in the page in a form search engines read. What you maintain under Public page appears there.
- The page's footer says "This page runs on Selfdesk" with a link to selfdesk.app.
