An import row is not imported

What you see

After the upload one row reads Bookings in the way. The rest of the file is imported, that one row is missing.

Why

The row names a fixed desk, and there are still bookings on that desk from the contract start date on. An upload alone never cancels somebody else's bookings. selfdesk therefore leaves that row unwritten and lets the others through.

Other statuses in the same list mean something else:

What you can do

• If you want the bookings cancelled, upload the same file again and confirm the cancellation explicitly during the import. The button names how many bookings are affected. The members are notified.
• If you want to keep the bookings, change the desk of that row. You can do that on its own in the Imported tab, without uploading the list again.
• Or take the desk out of the row. The person then starts without a fixed desk and you assign one later in their member record.
• For Error you correct the row in your file and upload it again. Open rows are updated, not duplicated.
