A removed member stays in the list
The contract ends today, so the person still shows under Active today and under Past from tomorrow.
What you see
You removed somebody from your space and the name is still in the member list.
Why
Removing sets the end of the contract to today. So today it is still running, and the tabs of the list follow the contract: Active shows who has a running contract today, Upcoming the scheduled starts, Past the ended ones. From tomorrow the person therefore sits under Past.
A name only disappears from the list entirely once the profile has been anonymised. That happens only after an account deletion, and even then only at night once the last contract has ended. Removing somebody from your space is an access decision, not a deletion. See Removing is not deleting.
What you can do
- Look again tomorrow. The person will be under Past.
- Check whether this is a rejected application. Rejected ones are hidden under Past until you switch on Show rejected.
- Access is already gone: door permissions and any admin role went with the removal, and future bookings are cancelled.
- If a row sits in the Imported tab, it is not a member. You take such rows back with Revoke.
