What members see

A member only sees their own data. Role and contract are separate, and in a company pool only the billing contact sees the amounts.

In their own screens a member sees their own data only: their bookings, their contract, their invoices, their kiosk purchases, their own door history. There is no view in which one member sees another member's data.

Role and contract are separate

  • Member screens are visible while someone has an active contract.
  • Management screens are visible while someone holds an admin or owner role.
  • Whoever has both sees both. Whoever has only a role and no contract sees only the management screens. See Member and Manage.

In a company pool

  • All seats of an organisation share one plan, one allowance and one invoice.
  • Only the billing contact receives that invoice and therefore sees the amounts.
  • Every other seat sees the shared allowance counter, so how many days are left, but not what colleagues booked or paid.
  • Kiosk purchases stay personal. Each seat gets its own kiosk invoice. See Company account.

What you see as the operator, and what you do not

  • You see your members' bookings, contracts, invoices and kiosk purchases. That is your contractual relationship.
  • You do not see a cancellation reason. The field is not stored.
  • You do not get an attendance record out of door events. See Door log: 30 days, not an attendance record.
