What your space sees about you
Profile, contract, bookings, kiosk purchases, invoices and 30 days of door log. Legally responsible for your data is your space.
selfdesk is the software, but the data is your coworking space's responsibility. They are the controller under data protection law, and selfdesk works on their behalf.
What your space sees about you:

What they do not see:
- Your password. Nobody but you knows it.
- Your card details. They live at Stripe, see Card details live at Stripe.
- Your data from other spaces. Contracts, bookings and invoices always belong to exactly one space.
- Door openings older than 30 days, see What the door log records.
- A cancellation reason. That field is not stored.
In a company contract the company sees the shared day counter. Amounts and individual people's booking dates are seen only by the billing contact.
