What the door log records
Every opening and every locking is logged. The link to you is removed after 30 days.
Door actions are recorded because a lock is a security matter.
What is recorded: every opening and every locking, successful and failed, with door, timestamp and outcome.
How long with your name: 30 days. After that the link to your profile is removed. Door, timestamp and outcome remain as anonymous statistics.
What your space sees: the same events, also only inside those 30 days. They cannot page further back either.
What it is not for: the log is not an attendance record. There is no per-person filter and no export. Who was there how often is billed through check-ins and bookings, not through doors.
What is not logged: merely reading the lock's state, and an action that is stopped by the limit against repeating too quickly.
