How to get the selfdesk mobile app on iOS or Android, and when to use the web version instead.
selfdesk is available as a native app for iOS and Android, and as a web app you can open in any modern browser.
Install on iOS
- Open the App Store on your iPhone.
- Search for selfdesk.
- Tap Get to install.
- Open the app and continue with joining your workspace.
The app can secure your session with Face ID or your device passcode.
Install on Android
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Search for selfdesk.
- Tap Install.
- Open the app and continue with joining your workspace.
Use the web app instead
If you prefer not to install anything, open app.selfdesk.app in your browser. Booking, invoices, your profile and unlocking doors all work there too. Nuki is driven from the server, so no native app is needed for that.
The exception is the kiosk: logging products and paying right away only works in the mobile app.
Which one should I use?
- Mobile app: every feature, including check-in by scanning the desk QR code and the kiosk.
- Web app: booking, invoices, profile and doors. No kiosk.
You can use both at the same time with the same account. Both show the same state.
