Company contract: one contract for a company
Several people of one company share the base fee and the allowance. Everybody keeps their own contract, and only the billing contact sees the amounts.
A company contract is how a company signs several people up in one space. It changes nothing about your own account, only about the billing.
What stays personal: your contract, your role, your bookings, your door access and your kiosk purchases. Kiosk is never pooled, everybody pays for their own.
What is shared: the base fee and the allowance. Every seat of the company draws from the same pot, and one joint invoice is created.
What you see: the pot's counter. Your billing screen shows Company allowance with the company's name and how many days are already used. You do not see amounts or your colleagues' booking dates.
What the billing contact sees: the company's invoice with the amounts. Every other seat only receives their own kiosk invoice.
Further rules:
- All seats of a company hold the same plan.
- Plans with a fixed desk cannot be pooled.
- If you are not the billing contact, Register Past Days stays empty for you. Those days are picked up by the company's month-end run. See Add past days.
