Imported by your space

A space moving to selfdesk from another system uploads its existing coworkers as a list. That list creates no accounts and sends no invitations. It waits for you.

• If you register with exactly the email address your space has on the list and confirm that address, the app takes plan, billing address and start date from the list the next time you open it. You skip choosing a plan.
• You still have to accept the legal documents yourself. Nobody can do that for you.
• The match only works on an exactly matching, confirmed email address. If you register with a different one, you go through the full plan selection as a new applicant, and your space has to approve it.
• A contract taken over this way applies at once. You do not wait for approval, because your space's list is the approval.
• If the list names a fixed desk, it is blocked for everybody else before you even register. Your space can change it before and after.
• A start date in the past stays exactly as your space entered it. That is your history, not a mistake.
