Cancel or change a reservation

Here's when you can cancel a booking without paying, and how.

When cancelling a desk booking is free

You can cancel a desk booking for free in either of these situations:

1. Within one hour of making the booking. If you just booked by mistake, cancel it right away.
2. Before the reservation date. If you booked for Thursday and cancel on Wednesday, it's free.

When cancelling still counts

If you cancel on the day of the booking itself, the day usually still counts against your plan:

• Pay-per-day plans: you'll still be billed for that day.
• Plans with included days: the day still counts toward your monthly allowance.
• Unlimited plans: not affected, since there's nothing to count.

This is to prevent last-minute drops from breaking the space's planning. The app shows you whether the cancellation is free before you confirm.

How to cancel

1. Open the app and go to Book.
2. Tap the booking you want to cancel.
3. Tap Cancel booking.
4. Confirm.

Room bookings

You can cancel a room booking at any time; it is then not billed. Only whole bookings are cancelled. To shorten or move one, use Edit booking. Once the booking is running, only the end can be changed.

Changing a desk booking

To move a desk booking to a different day or desk, cancel the old one and book a new one. As long as your original booking is still free to cancel, you won't be charged twice.
