"This month" is an estimate
The running summary adds up what has happened so far. The invoice comes separately.
Your profile carries a card called This month. It shows what has added up so far: days used, room hours and the expected total that follows from them.
What it is:
- A running preview based on your plan as it is today.
- A view of your allowance, meaning how many days are already used.
What it is not:
- Not an invoice. Invoices are only created when your space closes the month, see When each invoice arrives.
- Not a payment request. Nothing is collected because a figure is shown there.
- Not final. Every further booking in the month changes it, and so does a retroactive change by your space.
In a company contract the card shows the company's shared counter. You only see amounts there if you are the billing contact.
