After signing in it says "no workspace found"
You are signed in but hold no contract and no role in any space yet. The next step is joining one.
What you see
Signing in worked, but instead of your space's home screen you see the note that no workspace was found, or the Find a Workspace list.
Why
An account alone does not make you anybody's member. The app only shows a space once you hold a contract or a role there. You see the same state when your contract has ended or your application has not been approved yet.
What you can do
- Search for your space in the Find a Workspace list by name, city or postcode.
- If you received an invitation link or a QR code, open it. It leads straight into that space's checkout.
- If you cannot find the space, it may have hidden itself from the public list. Ask them for the link.
- If you already applied, it is waiting for your space to approve it. Access stays closed until then.
If that is not enough
Ask your space first. If the app does something wrong: report a problem.
