The line disappeared, was I charged?

What you see

You paid in the kiosk and the bar with the open items is gone. You are not sure whether the payment went through.

Why

After a successful payment the same place shows Paid with the amount and View receipt. That display does not disappear by itself, you dismiss it with Close. As long as it is there, the payment went through.

If your bank's confirmation takes longer, it says Confirming payment … with the note that the receipt appears in the archive as soon as the payment is confirmed.

What you can do

1. If the payment went through, tap View receipt. The receipt names seller, date, items, amount and tax.
2. Later you find the same receipt in the document archive next to your invoices. In your profile open Invoices & receipts.
3. If the tab is back, the payment did not go through and nothing was charged.
4. If your profile still shows Open at the kiosk, something is still open. That line only disappears once nothing is open any more.

For every purchase there is exactly one document: a receipt if you paid right away, otherwise a position on the kiosk invoice. Never both.

If that is not enough

Ask your space first. If the app does something wrong: report a problem.
