Your space assigns individual prices
A negotiated price hangs off a plan your space assigns to you. You never type an amount yourself.
If you agreed your own price with your space, that is not a discount field on your contract. Your space creates its own non-public version of your plan for it and assigns that to you.
What follows from that:
- You cannot pick an individual price yourself. It is not in your plan list, because it is not public.
- You do see your own individual price, in your profile under My Plan and on your invoices.
- It does not appear in your space's price list.
- The name shown to you is the product's name, not the name of the deal.
- If you change plan yourself, the individual price is gone. The app warns you beforehand. You only get it back if your space assigns it to you again.
- A time-limited individual price ends on a month boundary. After that you continue on the plan your space recorded as the successor. You never end up without a contract.
