The room is taken at my time
The picker does not let you choose taken quarter hours and shows you which rooms are free at your time.
What you see
The room card is red, the continue button is locked, and underneath it says which room would be free at that time. Or individual quarter hours in the time wheels are struck through.
Why
At any one time a room belongs to exactly one booking. The From and To wheels know the occupancy and skip it, which is why a real conflict now only appears when you change the room or the date after picking a time.
What you can do
- Under the red card tap the suggested free room. Your time is kept.
- Tap Change on the room card. The list shows free or taken for every room at exactly your time.
- Move the time. From skips taken quarter hours, To ends before the next booking by somebody else.
- Take another date.
For a series this is no obstacle: taken dates are skipped and named in the preview beforehand. The rest of the series is booked.
If that is not enough
Ask your space first. They can see who holds the room and can cancel bookings.
