Open areas: you book a seat

Not every seat in selfdesk has a name. Your space can run an area as an open area, for example a lounge or a large shared table.

What is different there:

• You book the area, not a desk. The picker shows the area's name and how many seats are still free.
• The confirmation names the area, not a desk number. When you arrive you sit wherever you like.
• If the area is full, it cannot be picked. A single desk is not the answer either, because there is none.
• If you scan a code inside such an area, you also book a seat.
• A space can mix both: named desks in one room, open seats in the next.
