One desk booking per day

One day belongs to exactly one desk booking. You cannot hold two desks for the same day.

What that means:

• For different days you can create as many bookings as you like, as far as the booking window reaches.
• To change desk on a day you already booked, cancel the old booking and create a new one. While the old one can still be cancelled free of charge, you do not pay twice.
• The same holds the other way round for the desk: on any one day a desk belongs to exactly one person.
• If you hold a fixed desk, you do not book at all. The desk is yours every day.
• Rooms are not affected by this. For rooms the time counts, not the day.
