Booking window

The booking window is the stretch into the future you may book. It does not answer when the space is open. That is the opening hours.

What applies:

• The length is set by your space. It is not stated as a fixed number anywhere in this help, because it differs from space to space. The date strip in the app ends on the last bookable day.
• The same window applies to desks and to rooms. A room is not bookable further out than a desk.
• A series also reaches at most to the window. It is not pushed forward over time but booked in full when you create it. To go further, you extend it later.
• The limit is checked not only by the app but by the server as well. An older app or a detour does not lift it.
• There is no mechanism in the software against holding many dates. Your space sees the situation and raises it.
